"Sr. Systems Analyst" - Denver Office
Candidate will provide application support and integration for a growing Oil and Gas Exploration and Production (E&P) company.
Responsibilities:
- Interact extensively with end users
- Have a full understanding of the users operations and systems
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications
- Determine & test the potential solutions for both technical and business compatibility
- Mange reporting requirements across applications
- Develop project cost justifications and present to management
- Work with the software developers and end users to ensure usability and interoperability
- Coordinate Testing & Change Management for applications
- Supervise proper implementation of new systems
- Maintain applications to current releases
- Keep up-to-date with technical sector developments in the industry
Qualifications:
- Mandatory - Proven experience with the implementation and
support these primary E&P applications:
- IHS Petra
- Halliburton Aries
- Peleton WellView/SiteView/RigView
- P2 Excalibur
- IHS FieldDIRECT
- ESRI ArcGIS
- Other E&P specific tools
- Preferred - Experience with integration of the above core
applications with:
- Master Data Store (PPDM)
- ESRI GIS mapping services
- MS SharePoint (reporting & workflow)
- Required - Demonstrated experience with the following
technologies:
- MS SQL 2008
- MS Exchange 2010
- MS Project 2010
- ESRI ArcGIS V10
- Citrix XenApp
