Curtis R. Cesspooch
Curtis Cesspooch, is the Chairman of the Ute Indian Tribe Business Committee representing the (Uintah Band). The Ute Tribal Business Committee is the governing body of the Ute Indian Tribe and members are elected from among the tribal membership according to band. As a sovereign nation, the Tribe establishes all policies regarding its energy estate and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of governmental activities on the Reservation. Curtis has served in the U.S. Military on the Business Committee in the past and is also a commercial business owner.

Francis Poowegup
Francis Poowegup, is Vice-Chairman of the Ute Indian Tribe Business Committee representing the (White River Band). The Ute Tribal Business Committee is the governing body of the Ute Indian Tribe and members are elected from among the tribal membership according to band. As a sovereign nation, the Tribe establishes all policies regarding its energy estate and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all governmental activities on the Reservation. Francis has served in the U.S. Military and on the Business Committee in the past and has dedicated her career to serving the Tribe in numerous capacities over the years.

Richard Jenks Jr. is a member of the Ute Indian Tribe Business Committee representing the (Uncompagre Band). The Ute Tribal Business Committee is the governing body of the Ute Indian Tribe and are elected from among the tribal membership according. As a sovereign nation, the Tribe establishes all policies regarding its energy estate and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all governmental activities on the Reservation.

Phillip Chimburas
Phillip Chimburas is a member of the Ute Indian Tribe Business Committee representing the (White River Band). The Ute Tribal Business Committee is the governing body of the Ute Indian Tribe and members are elected from among the tribal membership according to band. As a sovereign nation, the Tribe establishes all policies regarding its energy estate and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all governmental activities on the Reservation. Phillip is in his first term as a Business Committee member and has served in the U.S. Military and with the Tribe in numerous capacities over the years.

Irene C. Cuch
Irene Cuch, is a member of the Ute Indian Tribe Business Committee representing the (Uintah Band). The Ute Tribal Business Committee is the governing body of the Ute Indian Tribe and members are elected from among the tribal membership according to band. As a sovereign nation, the Tribe establishes all policies regarding its energy estate and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all governmental activities on the Reservation. Irene has served on the Business Committee in the past and has dedicated her career to serving the Tribe in numerous capacities over the years.

S. Will Vanlogh
Wil Vanlogh is responsible for the leadership and overall management of Quantum Energy Partners which he co-founded in 1998.  Additionally, he leads the firm’s investment strategy and capital allocation process, working closely with the investment team to ensure its successful implementation and execution.

Will oversees all investment activities, including origination, due diligence, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and support, and transaction exits. Prior to co-founding Quantum, Wil co-founded Windrock Capital, Ltd., an energy investment banking firm specializing in providing merger, acquisition and divestiture advice to and raising private equity for energy companies. Prior to Windrock, Wil worked in the energy investment banking groups of Kidder, Peabody & Co. and NationsBank, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and corporate debt and equity financings for energy companies.

Will has served as a board member and Treasurer of the Houston Producer’s Forum and currently serves on the Finance Committee of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (“IPAA”). He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University.

Richard Sherrill
Richard Sherrill is President of Ceritas Energy, LLC. Prior to forming Ceritas in February 2003, Sherrill was with Duke Energy as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the North American business unit, DENA. A leading energy merchant, DENA provides physical natural gas, power, and logistics to its wholesale merchant power generation fleet. As COO, Sherrill was responsible for all commercial activities including origination, trading, and business development in North America. He also served as Executive Vice President of eastern natural gas and power for DENA from May 2000 to August 2001. Sherrill began his career with Duke Energy in July 1999 as Senior Vice President of business development for DENA.

Prior to joining Duke Energy, Sherrill served in various executive positions with Dynegy Marketing and Trade from December 1992 to June 1999. His last position at Dynegy was Managing Director of power trading. Before joining Dynegy, Sherrill served as Vice President of energy lending for First Interstate Bank of Texas, now Wells Fargo.

Sherrill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988. He and his wife, Diana, have two sons.

Donald Wolf
Donald Wolf is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aspect Energy, LLC, a private Denver based company with substantial exploration and production operations in the onshore gulf coast region.  He is also Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Resources, LLC, a private partnership which acquires and operates producing oil and gas properties.  He is past Chairmen/CEO of Westport Resources Corporation (1996-2004); President/COO of UMC Corporation (1994-1996); CEO/President of General Atlantic Resources (1981-1993); and Co-Founder and President of Terra Marine Energy Company (1977-1981).  He began his career in 1965 with Sun Oil Co. in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where he worked in the Operations Dept. for 4 years before he became a Landman, responsible for the Canadian Division Farmouts.  From Sun Oil Co. he assumed Land Management positions with Bow Valley Exploration, Tesoro Petroleum Corp. and Southland Royalty Co., during the period from 1971 through 1977.  He moved to Denver in 1974.

Under Mr. Wolf’s management, General Atlantic Resources grew from an initial capitalization of $12MM to a NYSE public company in 1993 after several substantial asset sales and distributions exceeding $100MM to pre-IPO shareholders.  General Atlantic merged with UMC Petroleum Corporation in 1994, where Mr. Wolf assumed duties as President and COO.  The stock of UMC tripled over the next two years.

In 1996, Mr. Wolf joined Westport Resources, a private exploration and production company, as Chairman and CEO.  Westport was approximately $100MM in size including debt.  The company became public on the NYSE in 2000, with enterprise value of $600MM.  In April 2004 Westport was acquired by Kerr-McGee Corporation at an enterprise value of $3.4 billion for a compound per share IRR of 25% since IPO.

Mr. Wolf is a past director of UMC Petroleum Corporation and Westport Resources Corporation.  He is currently an officer and director of Aspect Resources Corporation, a director of MarkWest Hydrocarbons, Inc., Denbury Resources Corp and Enduring Resources, LLC.  Mr. Wolf is a director of Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States (IPAMS), and in 2001 received “Wildcatter of the Year” honors and in 2004 was inducted into the Rocky Mountain Oil & Gas Hall of Fame by that association.

Blake A. Webster
Blake is a Vice President and actively participates in Quantum’s investment activities, including due diligence, portfolio company monitoring and transaction structuring and execution. He also works closely with Quantum’s portfolio companies on such activities as raising and structuring senior debt, mezzanine capital or additional equity, providing merger, acquisition and divestiture advice and executing commodity hedges. Prior to joining Quantum in 2006, Blake was an Associate in Global Energy and Utilities Equity Research group of Morgan Stanley where he performed in-depth industry and company analysis across the E&P, Midstream, MLP, and Merchant Power sectors. Prior to Morgan Stanley, He was an Associate with Southwest Bank of Texas where he conducted financing transactions for middle-market companies and private bank clients. Blake holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Rice University and is a CFA Charterholder.
